General Registration Information
- What’s included: In-person attendance, live-stream and on-demand access to annual conference presentations. On-demand presentations available within 2 weeks and through the end of August.
- Tips: Register early for the best price. Double-check your TxABA Account email before purchase (your access is tied to this email).
- Registration periods: Early, Regular, and Late.
- Attendance Format:If you’ll attend any part of the conference onsite, select In-Person so we can plan capacity. You do not need to inform us if you decide to switch how you are attending, this is for planning purposes only.

Group Registration (10+): $10 discount per person, applied automatically. Use the Group Registration Form.
- Each registrant must have a TxABA Account.
- Member pricing requires active membership (or purchase during registration).
- Student/RBT discounts require accounts set to Student/RBT status/membership before group registration.
- You can purchase registrations, memberships, and CEUs together.
- No need to select in-person/online for group members.

Membership pricing: Member rates show only if your membership is active (i.e., already purchased) or you toggle to purchase membership at the same time.
Please note: As of 2/26/2026, the Registration & Purchasing page (Register in the top menu) has been updated. You can now toggle at the top to add Membership and purchase Member Conference Registration and/or Member Pre-Conference Workshop registration. Membership options will only appear after you toggle to add Membership.

How to Register & Make a Payment
Purchase Registration, Membership, & CEUs
- Click the person icon in the top right corner to sign in to your TxABA Account or create a free account.
- *Recommend viewing your profile, then selecting Edit Profile to confirm & update information.
- Once logged in, click Register at the top of the page.
- Read the instructions on the Register page, then select billing items to add to your cart.
- If you already placed an item in your cart and it is not on the Register page, click View Cart to go to your cart page.
- Accept the Terms of Service , then click Submit to add items to your cart.
- Review the instructions and items on the cart page. The total shown there is the amount you will be charged.
Make a Payment
Pay by Card (via Stripe)
Select “Pay with Card” at checkout.
Pay by Check
- Select “Pay with Check” at checkout.
- Confirm you will pay by check (you cannot switch back to card).
- Print the invoice.
- Mail the invoice and check within 30 day.
- Please note that you will not be able to access the presentations until we receive your check and mark your invoice as paid.

Important Notes
- Invoices are only created once you confirm you are paying by check or complete a card payment.
- You cannot pay from your profile, please select View Cart if items are in your cart.
- If items remain in your cart, return via the Register page or your profile. Carts will auto-clear after 30-days and at the end of registration periods.
- TxABA does not provide purchase orders. Use the Group Registration/3rd Party Payments option if you need an invoice before payment.

CEU Package $85.00
Select 2027 Conference Continuing Education Units (CEUs) on the Register page - Available when registration opens
Please ensure that your BCaBA, BCBA, or BCBA-D certificate number is entered into your TxABA account before purchasing conference registration and Behavior Live if after purchase. Please enter the number from your certificate and not your BACB ID number.
To earn CEUs, watch the presentations on-demand via Behavior Live and complete the CEU quiz at the end.
Attending the Annual Conference
Conference Registration includes in-person, live-stream, and asynchronous access to presentations.
Registration for the conference should be visible in Behavior Live approximately 3 weeks prior to the conference
Live-Stream & Asynchronous Attendance
- Log into the Behavior Live website or app using the same email as your TxABA Account.
- Access instructions will be sent by Behavior Live before the conference.
- Log in the week before the conference to test access and get familiar with the platform.
- If you cannot access the conference, check you're using the email address you had in TxABA when you registered, and then contact Behavior Live or TxABA.
- After the conference, presentations will be available asynchronously within ~2 weeks in your Behavior Live Account under My Library.
In-Person Attendance
- Bring a photo ID and the email linked to your TxABA Account used for registration.
- If already registered, proceed directly to badge pickup.
- If you need to register or drop off a check, go to the registration desk.
Behavior Live App
- Download or update the Behavior Live app at least 1 week before the conference.
- Spend 5–10 minutes getting familiar with the app and verifying access to the TxABA Conference.
- Use the app to scan in and out of workshops and presentations for BACB CEUs.
